PureSnap is operated by PureSnap Media Tools Limited (Hong Kong SAR), a company incorporated in the Hong Kong SAR. The service parses publicly shared links and organises direct download links for media the user is entitled to access. We do not host, publish, index or redistribute any parsed media; results are shown only to the requesting user and purged automatically.

The service is not directed to, and is not offered to, users located in mainland China. We do not maintain servers, offices or representatives in mainland China, and we do not actively target or solicit mainland-China users.

We respect the Copyright Law of the PRC and the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Networks. Although we generally have no knowledge of specific parsed content (we do not host or display it publicly), we honour a notice-and-takedown process: rights holders may submit notices per our Copyright/DMCA Policy — including the PRC "notice and deletion" mechanism (Regulations, Arts. 14–17) — and we will, for valid notices, prevent re-parsing of the reported target where technically feasible, preserve records, and cooperate with lawful requests.

Users are reminded that unlicensed re-dissemination of works through information networks, and circumvention of technological protection measures for commercial purposes, are unlawful under PRC law and under the laws of most jurisdictions. The service may only be used for lawful purposes such as personal study and archiving of content the user owns or is licensed to use.

In line with the principles of the PRC Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), the Data Security Law and the Cybersecurity Law, we apply the following commitments universally: minimal and purpose-limited collection; transparency in our Privacy Policy; security safeguards (encrypted transport, hashed credentials, signed storage URLs); no sale of personal data; no collection of sensitive personal information; and no active transfer of personal information into mainland China.

A visitor from mainland China who accesses the site of their own initiative may at any time request deletion of their data via support@puresnap.app. We will not provide any mainland-China visitor's personal information to any third party unless legally compelled.

Users must not use the service to infringe copyright or trademark, distribute malware, spread content that violates public order and good morals, or otherwise engage in unlawful activities under the laws applicable to them — including, for reference, PRC law (Cybersecurity Law Art. 12; Civil Code; Criminal Law provisions on IPR infringement). Violations lead to suspension and, where required, cooperation with competent authorities.

The English versions of our legal documents are the authoritative texts. Mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rules of the user's place of residence that cannot be waived by contract remain applicable to the extent required; nothing in our documents purports to exclude such mandatory rules.
