Terms of Service
Last updated:2026-10-21
By using https://puresnap.app you agree to these terms with PureSnap Media Tools Limited (Hong Kong SAR). If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is not offered to users located in mainland China.
1. The service
PureSnap is a tool that parses publicly shared links and helps you retrieve watermark-free media or audio that you have the right to access. We act as a technical intermediary: we do not host, cache for public access, or own the parsed content.
2. Your responsibilities
You confirm that (a) you own the content or have permission from the rights holder, or your use is otherwise lawful; and (b) you will not use the service to infringe copyright, distribute malware, harvest data, or violate any law or third-party right. You are solely responsible for the links you submit and how you use the results.
3. Accounts & credits
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Credits are prepaid and per our Refund Policy; they are not money and have no cash value. If you delete your account, any unused credits are forfeited immediately and are neither refundable nor transferable, except where our Refund Policy provides otherwise. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, share one account for commercial resale, or breach these terms.
4. Availability & changes
Parsing depends on third-party platforms and upstream providers; we do not guarantee any specific platform, speed or success rate. We may add, change or discontinue features; material changes to these terms will be announced on the site.
5. Compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction
You must use the service only in ways that are lawful in your own jurisdiction. Users in mainland China are reminded that the Cybersecurity Law of the PRC (Art. 12), the Copyright Law of the PRC and the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Networks prohibit using networks to infringe the lawful rights of others — including copyright — and prohibit the unlicensed dissemination of works through information networks. Downloading content for personal study or archiving of content you own or are licensed to use may be permissible; re-uploading, rebroadcasting or commercially redistributing parsed media is not.
Because the service is not offered to users located in mainland China, users from mainland China who nonetheless access the site of their own initiative bear sole responsibility for ensuring that such access and use complies with the laws and regulations applicable to them, and shall immediately cease using the service if any doubt exists.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for how you use parsed content.
7. Material extraction and the browser extension
Optional feature. The material extractor lets you collect image and video URLs from a web page using our browser extension. It runs entirely on your side: the page is opened by your browser over your own network connection, and files are downloaded by your browser. We do not proxy or store the media, and we do not grant you any right in it.
Your responsibilities. You may use the extractor only on pages you own, pages you are authorised to access, or pages you may lawfully process. You must comply with the target site's terms of service, robots or anti-scraping rules where applicable, and the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not use it to: circumvent a paywall, login requirement, CAPTCHA, DRM or other technological protection measure; obtain content you are not entitled to access; bulk-scrape or harvest data; or redistribute third-party media, including for commercial purposes. You bear sole responsibility for the pages you submit and for how you use the extracted material.
Third-party rights. Extracted media may be protected by copyright, trademark, portrait or other rights held by third parties. We make no representation that any extracted item may lawfully be downloaded or reused in your circumstances. If a rights holder reports a page or item, we may block further extraction of that target and take the measures described in our Copyright/DMCA Policy.
Availability. Extraction depends on the target page, your browser and the extension; we do not guarantee that any particular page can be read or that any media URL will remain valid. Credits are charged once per page as unlocked; re-unlocking the same page is free of charge. A download that fails because a third-party link has expired is not a parsing failure and does not by itself entitle you to a refund beyond our Refund Policy.
8. Third-party platforms and trademarks
Platform names, logos and trademarks that appear on https://puresnap.app (including on our platform list) belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify or describe the platform a link belongs to. Their use does not imply any affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or authorisation between PureSnap and those platforms, and we are not acting as their agent.
We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or data practices. Accessing a third-party page is a matter between you and that platform; your use of the platform remains governed by its own terms.
9. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the service operator's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: support@puresnap.app.
