Quick answer
Paste a public Bilibili link — b23.tv short links and full video URLs both work — to download the video in the quality tiers the source exposes.
Bilibili links are frequently shared as b23.tv short URLs. PureSnap resolves those short links and full bilibili.com video URLs to the same media, so you can paste whichever form you copied from the app or website.
Results list the streams Bilibili exposes for the video, and the file is not recompressed on our side. For multi-part videos, parse each part’s own link; the current version handles one link per task.

Yes. Both b23.tv short links and full bilibili.com video URLs are accepted, and both resolve to the same underlying video.
Each task parses one link. For a multi-part video, copy and parse the link for each part separately.
Deleted, private, members-only or region-locked videos cannot be resolved. The task is refunded automatically when parsing fails.
