PureSnap is a self-service parsing tool. We do not host, publish, index or display user-generated content; results are shown only to the requesting user and are purged automatically. We therefore generally have no knowledge of specific parsed content.

Send to support@puresnap.app: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the URL or share link you submitted and time of submission; (c) your contact details; (d) a good-faith statement and, where applicable, the statement of authority to act; (e) your physical or electronic signature.

For valid notices we will (a) prevent re-parsing of the reported target where technically feasible, (b) preserve relevant records for the notice period, and (c) cooperate with lawful requests. Repeat or abusive submitters of infringing links may be suspended. Knowingly materially false notices may expose the complainant to liability.

Rights holders in mainland China may rely on the "notice and takedown" mechanism of the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Networks of the PRC (Arts. 14–17) in addition to, or instead of, the DMCA process above. A qualified notice shall contain: (a) proof of identity of the rights holder and, where applicable, a power of attorney; (b) identification of the infringed work and the asserted right; (c) the link or share URL concerned and when it was submitted; (d) a statement that the use is unauthorized; and (e) the rights holder's contact details. Send such notices to support@puresnap.app; we will assess and, where the notice is valid, take the measures described in Section 3 and keep records in accordance with the Copyright Law of the PRC.
