Account data: the phone number or email you register with, a salted bcrypt hash of your password, your nickname and optional avatar.

Usage data: links you submit for parsing, the parsed platform and content ID, task status, timestamps, and credit consumption records. Payment data: order numbers, amounts, channel and (for on-chain payments) the transaction hash of your transfer — we never see your wallet private keys.

Technical data: IP address, user-agent and rate-limit counters, kept in short-lived logs for security and abuse prevention.

Page-view statistics (only if you turn on Analytics): the page path, referring domain, device class and a salted SHA-256 visitor hash derived from your IP address and user-agent. The raw IP address is not stored, and the hash is used solely to count unique visitors.

We do not store the media files you download. Parsed results (including direct links) are stored only transiently and automatically purged on a schedule. We do not crawl, index or publish the content you parse.

To provide the service (contract): account management, parsing tasks, credit accounting. To keep the service safe (legitimate interests): rate limiting, fraud and abuse prevention, security logging. To comply with law: financial record-keeping for payments. With your consent: optional notifications and, if you turn it on, anonymous page-view statistics.

We share the submitted link with the upstream parsing providers necessary to fulfil your task. We use payment processors and blockchain networks for payments; blockchain transactions are public and pseudonymous by nature. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data to competent authorities where legally required.

Sign in with Google. When Google sign-in is available on the site, our pages load Google Identity Services ("One Tap"), a script served by Google, so that you can sign in with a single click. Because that script is served by Google, Google receives your IP address and the address of the page you are viewing, and may set its own cookies. It is loaded only while the feature is enabled by us and only when you are not already signed in. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy.

Account data is kept while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings: deletion takes effect immediately and your phone number, email, password, nickname and avatar are erased at once, after which the account cannot be restored. If you cannot use the self-service path, email support@puresnap.app and we will action it. Orders and credit records are kept as long as required by applicable accounting rules; any unused credits are forfeited on deletion. Parse tasks and logs: up to 90 days. Security logs: up to 30 days. Page-view records older than 180 days are deleted; aggregated figures derived from them may be retained longer.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents may not be discriminated against for exercising CCPA rights. Account deletion can now be exercised in-app (Account → Delete account) instead of only by email. To exercise any other right, email support@puresnap.app; we respond within 30 days.

We use strictly necessary cookies (session, language, theme) and no advertising trackers. With your separate consent we count page views without cookies or local storage. See our Cookie Policy. The service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

One exception: when Google sign-in is enabled, the Google Identity Services script described in section 4 may set cookies on Google's own domains. Those cookies are set by Google, not by us, and we do not read them. Turning the feature off removes the script entirely.

We do not direct our services to mainland China and do not knowingly collect personal information from visitors located there. Should a visitor from mainland China access the site of their own initiative, we commit to handling any personal information so encountered in accordance with the principles of the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC (PIPL), the Data Security Law and the Cybersecurity Law: lawful and minimal collection, clear purpose limitation, transparency, and security safeguards.

Specifically: (a) we do not maintain servers, offices or representatives in mainland China and do not actively transfer personal information into mainland China; (b) any mainland-China visitor may request deletion of their account data at any time via the in-app self-service deletion path or support@puresnap.app; (c) we will not provide personal information of any mainland-China visitor to mainland-China authorities or third parties unless we are legally compelled; (d) sensitive personal information is never collected.

When you use the material extractor (/tools/material), we store a record of the extraction so that the browser extension can verify your download authorisation: your account ID, the page URL you submitted, its normalised hash and host, the page title, the list of media URLs and their metadata (type, extension, name, dimensions) that your browser collected, a random download token, and timestamps. Media files themselves are never uploaded to or stored on our servers — page reading and file downloading take place in your browser, over your own network connection, using the extension you installed.

The extension does not transmit your browsing history or page content to us. It reads media URLs from the page you explicitly open or ask it to scan, and sends only those URLs to us as part of the unlock record; download requests carry your token so that we can confirm the item is covered by your unlock. Unlocking and downloading are logged as usage records.

Material records are kept while your account is active and are deleted with your account. You may request earlier deletion at support@puresnap.app; deleting a record revokes the corresponding download token. The media files remain on third-party servers, so links you have already saved may keep working independently of us.
